ACF Residential Aide 

ACF Residential Aide Duties: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance and direction to BHP residential clients with a history of mental health issues. You will assure the safety and security of the facility, clients and community and provides a range of supportive and emergency services. Work a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or weekend shifts and coordinate shift operations. Specific work shift responsibilities vary based upon the shift and operational and service needs. Employees will typically work a regularly assigned location and shift; however, such assignment may change at the discretion of BHP of Central Ohio, Inc.The Starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Care Coordinator

BHP is currently searching for experienced professionals to provide full-time case management services. This position requires experience in Community Support outreach activities including case coordination and conducting home and community visits. The ability to collaborate and communicate with other service providers is essential. Must be able to engage and maintain professional client relationships. Responsible for setting and enforcing appropriate boundaries with clients. High school diploma is required, Associate Degree in Human Service field is preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Licensure is preferred (SWA, LSW, LPC). Crisis Intervention Specialist  

BHP is currently searching for a full-time licensed Crisis Intervention Specialists for both Knox County and Licking County. Crisis Specialists complete hospital pre-screens, wellness checks, and safety plans for individuals, including children, youth and adults. These are done in a variety of settings, including schools, community, hospitals and jails. Candidates must have good diagnostic, excellent critical thinking, and good communication skills. These positions require the ability to diagnose and treat the SMI population using evidence based tools, provide trauma informed care, address mental health, alcohol and other drug related issues, and meet documentation requirements. Crisis Specialists require a balance of quality time with individuals in crisis, and as such, they are self-paced, based on the immediate need of the client/situation. There are no case load or productivity requirements, and are fully supported with access to phone consultation 24/7/365. Candidates must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree and LSW or LPC (or equivalent). Independent licensure and Master’s level training is preferred, but not required. FACT Recovery Nurse - Licking 

FACT Recovery Nurse Duties: In this role, you will practice community-based nursing, administer medical care and provide clients with basic medical information. Serve as a liaison with physicians and other client providers. The Starting wage for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will maintain responsibility for planning, implementing and administering HR services and programs including employment, HR policy, benefit administration, compensation, recruitment/retention, labor relations, training and development, employment law and regulation compliance. The position will manage the HR team. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented. School Consultant

BHP is currently searching for an individual to partner with local schools to provide services to students. This individual will complete assessments, work with students and their families using a solution focused approach, and provide consultation to teachers and school administrators. In addition, this position provides onsite therapy to existing BHP clients in a school setting. Previous experience with community-based service delivery and the ability to coordinate and collaborate successfully with a variety of internal and external partners (i.e. community partners) is desired. This position serves students in schools located in Licking County. Bachelors degree in a related field is required. SWA, LSW/LPC licensure is required. Independent Licensure is preferred. The primary duty of this position is to assure the safety and security of the facility in which they are working. Additional responsibilities include: provide a range supportive services such as listening and responding to clients concerns, monitoring client activity and conducting facility rounds on all four (4) floors by walking through the facility at least hourly. Crisis Intervention Specialist

BHP is currently searching for an experienced individual to serve in a Part time.Crisis Intervention Specialist. This position is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments including mental status examination, lethality examination and diagnosis. Candidates must have the ability to quickly engage, assess, problem solve, and reach crisis stabilization. The ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services is essential. All positions in the department require flexibility in scheduling and work location. This position will primarily serve Knox County and will provide weekend coverage.
